All applications are intended to work in partnership with other local programs, such as the Canadian Tire JumpStart and Kidsport programs to ensure that any female wanting to participate in hockey will have the opportunity to do so.

Any female player registered in Alberni Valley Minor Hockey is eligible to apply for financial assistance.
Only registration fees will be considered eligible. Camps, equipment, travel, etc. are not eligible expenses.
Registration fees will be forwarded directly to Alberni Valley Minor Hockey on your behalf.
