Our Approach
We are looking to help young prospects in their journey through education and development. We want to help you master the everyday skills and intangibles of the game to become impactful, everyday players at each level.
Position-Specific
We believe working in small position-specific groups is essential to develop the proper individual skills and details. Working on everyday skills constantly will help improve a player’s confidence in their abilities and will promote improved performance and productivity.
Situational and Team Tactic
A team environment is where we learn tactics and situational awareness to help develop the player’s hockey IQ and decision making. We take pride in the pace that we run our team skates. We look to improve each player’s pace of play and decision making to set them ahead of their competition come the season.
Complete Game
Now we pair both approaches to help develop a complete game and make complete players. Focusing on the details and building a solid foundation is the key to success at each level. There are many jobs in hockey, but the majority of them involve the details of the simplicity of the game and being consistent each and every practice.
You Are Responsible for Your Own Development
We Are Your Tool to Maximize It!
We are here to maximize your development and help you with education and direction on and off the ice. Use us as a tool to help you achieve the goals you wish to attain. Focus your strengths on being prepared each and every day, along with each and every ice time and we will be there to help guide and push you to the limit to help you find your success next season and beyond!
We hope to have you join us this March Break and look forward to helping you reach your goals for the coming season!
