Revised & filed May 15, 2019 – 3 new director positions will be elected at the 2020 AGM. Directors A & C are elected for a 2 year term in odd numbered years. Directors B, D & E are elected for a 2 year term in even numbered years. In 2020, only Director C will be elected for 1 year term.
