Annual General Meeting May 27th, 2026

This year’s AGM will be held in person, upstairs area at the Alberni Valley Multiplex on Wednesday May 27, 2026. Admittance at AGM begins at 6:30pm, all members are asked to sign in by 6:45pm with no admittance after 7:00pm

The executive is looking forward to connecting with everyone face to face. This is an especially important meeting, as several positions will be up for election. We encourage all members to consider getting involved and contributing to the continued success of our association.

The following positions are currently vacant:

• Vice President

• Second Vice President (1-year term)

• Registrar (1-year term)

• Secretary/Admin

• Director at Large A, D, E (3 positions)

Your participation is vital to the future of our organization, and we hope to see a strong turnout.

We are also looking for an ice allocator. This is an appointed position, if interested please apply to president@avmha.com.
